HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
These rules are established to ensure a safe, peaceful, disciplined, and conducive environment for all residents. Every student and parent is expected to read and understand these regulations before admission.
1. General Conduct
1. All residents must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times.
2. Any form of nonchalant, careless, rude, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Fighting, bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
4. Respect for fellow residents, staff, and hostel property is mandatory.

2. Curfew Policy
1. Hostel doors will be locked by 10:00 PM daily.
2. All students must be inside the hostel premises before 10:00 PM.
3. Late entry will only be permitted in exceptional cases with prior approval from management.

3. Prohibited Activities
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited within and around the hostel premises.
2. Consumption or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
3. The use of hard drugs or any illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
4. Gambling and any unlawful activity are not allowed.

4. Visitors Policy
1. Visitors are only allowed during approved visiting hours.
2. Opposite gender visitors are not allowed inside rooms/hostel.
3. Overnight visitors are strictly prohibited.
4. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor.

5. Room & Property Care
1. Students are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and tidy at all times.
2. Damaging hostel property will attract penalties or replacement costs.
3. Cooking inside rooms is not allowed (except in designated kitchen areas).
4. Electrical appliances must be used responsibly to prevent fire hazards.

6. Security & Safety
1. Students must not give their room keys to unauthorized persons.
2. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to hostel management.
3. Management will not be responsible for loss of valuables; students are advised to secure their belongings properly.

7. Academic Focus
1. The hostel environment is strictly for academic and moral development.
2. Noise levels must be kept low, especially during study and rest hours.
3. Loud music or disturbances that affect others are not allowed.

8. Disciplinary Measures
1. Violation of hostel rules may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion from the hostel.
2. Serious misconduct may be reported to parents/guardians and relevant authorities if necessary.
